With a 3 Rune Cast you ask 1 question and get an answer that's in a little more detail.

With 9 Rune Cast you ask 1 question and get an answer that's in a lot
more detail.
All You Can Ask
with All You can Ask we determine the level of detail you need
for your question(s) and use the techniques above as appropriate. We'll
cast and re-cast, delving into questions as deep as you want to go.
