Experience
I have over 26 years of management experience working with individuals and companies to grow and achieve success. As a medical service director for 108 providers in Arizona, I supervised hundreds of employees and managers moving the company forward by increasing profits, developing team peak performance, and acquiring the competitive edge in technology. In my more than 22 years of organizational business management, I have improved operational development, staff accountability, and increased company profits. Combining extensive business management experience with my highly regarded talent as a certified coach, I inspire and guide clients to new levels of success. Through seminars and teleclasses, I have helped hundreds of people master time management, organizational skills, and problem solving.
Education
Computer Science and Business Management degree plus extensive training in time management and organizational development. I have many years experience in management leading and training employees in the work force. I have been through a special educational program and training on Personal Management Interview, which deals with people one-on-one and/or in group settings where problems and concerns are discussed, reviewed, and resolved. My coaching training and experience has been through CoachU’s Certified Coaching Program, Coachville’s Graduate School of Coaching, Certified Mentor Coach Training Program, and School of Coaching. I am also certified in Communication and Professional Behavioral and Value Assessments, which is a pioneering approach to developing a result-oriented team.

Personal
My favorite pastimes are playing golf and creating stained glass pieces. I’ve been golfing for about 15 years and live right on a golf course. This sport affords me a great way to look at obstacles (sand and water) and divert my energy to thinking of the opportunity. Gratefully, I am blessed with a wonderful husband of 37 years, two great children, and two delightful grandchildren. I owe much of what I have learned to my parents, Nick and Zelma Malouf, who owned a business in Colorado. This opportunity gave me a start in the business world at an early age, where I learned to work with and help people, solve business problems, analyze financial information, and build relationships.
